Job Description: We are currently recruiting a number of experienced Property Valuers & Branch Managers to join an estate agency group across the region. You will be fast paced, dynamic as well as having great sales drive and determination. Duties will include visiting properties and provide a full valuation as well as selling the benefits of coming on board.

Job Description: An experienced property professional is required to join a busy estate agency in North Shields. Previous experience of sales and lettings is essential and ideally you will have some valuing experience although this is not essential. You will be sales driven & will have a good eye for a sales opportunity as well as being able to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include dealing with tenants, landlords, vendors etc. Ensuring that all paperwork is in place, viewings, negotiation and other general duties involved within estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to earn high level commission. Own transport is required. Salary in the region of £15K basic, proven OTE £30K plus.
Valuer

Job Description: An experienced and professional Valuer is required by a busy estate agents covering the Sunderland, Boldon, Peterlee and Seaham areas (as well as surrounding locations). You will have previous experience of working within a property Valuer role as well as having hands on experience within general estate agency.
The ideal candidate will have a good local knowledge and be keen, enthusiastic as well as being professional, committed to a long term career and motivated. You will deal with a wide range of properties from flats and apartments to large houses so a good 'overall' knowledge is essential. Own transport is required however mileage will be paid. basic salary £17.5-19K Dep on Exp, OTE £25-27K
Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Job Description: An enthusiastic, fast paced and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required for a busy estate agent in Gateshead. Previous experience within estate agent is essential. You will carry out a wide range of duties within the sales and lettings department including viewings, inventories, negotiation of sales & lettings, general admin and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be focused, professional, driven and posses a genuine interest in property and meeting targets. Salary offered is from £14-16K dep on experience. Hours of work are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday, will include some Saturdays until 4pm and flexibility is required.
