Job Description: Our client is a key player in the estate agency industry & currently requires an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join their Washington branch. Working within a great team you will join a very motivated office where customer service & meeting the customers requirements is key.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of property sales within estate agency & will be confident in working within a targeted environment. You will have a professional approach as well as having a good sales focus. Duties will include viewings, negotiation between buyer & vendor, marketing properties & other general related duties.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday 9-5, salary offered is negotiable between £11,500 & £13K dep on exp, OTE of £17-19K. Own transport is essential.
Sales Negotiator

Job Description: An experienced property professional is required to join the sales team in a leading estate agents. You will have good experience of dealing with customer, vendors or landlords as well as being able to meet target. Experience of either lettings or sales is essential & you will have drive & determination within a difficult market as well as a positive, can do attitude.
You will carry out a wide range of duties such as dealing with enquiries, greeting visitors to the branch, business development, viewings & offers as well as general admin that goes with this role. Our client will consider any property related experience such as sales, lettings or property management.
Immediate start is available for the right candidate. Hours of work are 5 days per week including a Saturday and salary is negotiable between £12-14K - OTE £18-20K depending on experience. Driving licence essential.
Property Valuer

Job Description: An experienced Property Sales Valuer is required to join a leading brand of estate agents in the Washington area. Located in the centre of Washington you will join an established branch & carry out valuations for the very busy sales department.
A pro-active approach is required as is a target driven attitude. You will work around other local locations as well as Washington so a knowledge of Washington & surrounding areas is an advantage. You will have previously worked in the position of Valuer & be familiar with all requirements to carry out an accurate valuation. Hours are 5 out of 7 days 9am-5.30pm, own transport is essential. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

You will have previous experience of valuing property & will carry out valuations on a wide range of properties from small flats, luxury apartments to larger houses around the local area.
You will have a good conversion rate & be keen, dedicated & sales driven. This position offers an immediate start to the right candidate. Salary is negotiable depending on experience & skills. Car can be provided although driving licence is essential.
